My boss is the biggest two-faced back-stabbing jerk on the face of the planet. He does it to everyone too. the one thing I've learned in life about people who are two-faced is this: If they two-face one person, they usually two-face everybody. So if you see them doing it to someone else, they're probably doing it to you too. Just a little observation of mine that you people out there should remember.

My boss is a compulsive liar. He feels the need to exaggerate things regarding the most insignificant matters imaginable. He also outright slanders some employees and it's amazing that nobody has sued him for slander yet. The main thing is that as long as all of the employees communicate with each other, it's easier to catch the boss in his lies. The employees really have to stick together and every time someone new comes in, they need to tell the new guy the scoop.

I work with a bunch of rats! The boss even encourages ratting because he feels that it's easier to keep tabs on his employees when they do so. Unfortunately, by doing that, he undermines the concept of teamwork. The main job of any manager is to try to get his people to work together as a team. The boss has no idea how he is making his job and everyone else's job more difficult by encouraging ratting. Not to mention the fact that it makes for a totally miserable work environment.
